Book and contest has begun!

Hey everyone!

I've noticed a significant increase in trafic to the blog lately, I'm assuming the contest is appealing to you all. Here's the sccop, the book has been released, for only $5.99 you can download it and read it today. Well it should take more than a day to read...I hope!

$25 contest details!!!

It's been awhile since my last post, but I have good reason for that. Things have been crazy around here, seems like it's always crazy! I'm filling out release forms, doing even more edits, plus going over the final edits for Tiger's Realm. As if that weren't enough, I have insurance forms to fill out, doctors appointments to make, and getting ready for some remodeling. It's going to keep getting worse as we approach the launch of Assassins' Treaty, the first book in the Chroma Shift series. I haven't even had time to do any writing!

The contest has been finalized, so here is a bit more information. When Assassins' Treaty is released on August 28th, 2008, all you need to do is buy a copy. With your purchase, you will be given an additional document with the riddle, and a link to contest rules as well as where to submit your answer. The first person to solve the riddle will be given a $25.00 gift certificate to the Mystic Moon Press bookstore. Just think, not only would the book pay for itself, but you'd have lots left over to buy even more books!

So, on August 28th, run to MMP and buy a copy of Chroma Shift - Assassins' Treaty by Kevin Grubbe!

Well, despite having a really crappy day yesterday, things are looking up. Hunted by Chaos has reached #5 on the bestsellers list! If you haven't already picked up a copy, just click on the link at the left side of this page under the heading "Release Dates". Thanks to everyone who brought this story to #5, I really appreciate that you enjoy my writing.
Yesterday the laptop fragged, looks like the fan stopped working. I'm going to open her up and try to fix it, but no guarantees.

Free at last!

Wow I've been busy, but with all of the August edits complete, the article written and the house unpacked, I now have some free time available. I'll be out and about, taking pictures so all of you can see the city of Sudbury and the surrounding countryside. I also hope to squeeze in some fishing time, but it's not looking good with renovations and such coming up soon.
The dog is starting to adjust to his new surroundings, as is the cat. So we're finally getting a little peace from the barking (and the cat has come out of hiding)
Hunted by Chaos is doing well, we made top ten for MMP on the fictionwise website. Thanks so much for all of you readers who helped make it a success!
Not a lot more to report on at this time, we're still finalizing the contest details, but fear not, I will give you all of the details abut the riddle contest before Assassins' Treaty is released on the 28th!
That reminds me, I'd better keep working on the sequel, otherwise I'm sure to get some impatient emails...LOL
